Permiso de funcionamiento. El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la resolución de reducción, prorrogables por un término igual, expedirá el permiso de funcionamiento al usuario operador. En caso de incumplimiento de dichos requisitos en la forma y términos indicados, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior dejará sin efecto la resolución de reducción de la zona franca. CAPITULO IV.
