ARTICULO 8 º . ESTRUCTURA INTERNA. - El Consejo Directivo del Fondo determinará la estructura interna y la planta de personal del Fondo y expedirá las reformas estatutarias necesarias para reestructurar la entidad, conforme a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, para presentarlas a la aprobación del Gobierno. Así mismo, el Consejo Directivo del Fondo adoptará los planes y programas de protección y seguridad.
