Las becas en los establecimientos oficiales de educación primaria, secundaria y profesional, se adjudicaran de preferencia, en igualdad de circunstancias y dentro de las prescripciones legales y reglamentarias, a los aspirantes que acrediten su calidad de descendientes, hasta la segunda generación, de militares inscritos en el escalafón de que trata el artículo 1.°. de la ley que se reglamenta.
