Los contratos que se celebren para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Fondo, se regirán por las mismas disposiciones de los de la Nación. La Junta de Licitaciones del Ministerio de Comunicaciones también ejercerá sus funciones en relación con los contratos del Fondo, cuyos precios serán satisfechos con sus propios recursos.
