º. Adiciónanse los numerales 1º y 2º del artículo 102 del Decreto-ley 1650 de 1977 en los siguientes términos: Numeral 1º "g) Invertir a través del Banco de la República los ingresos a que se refiere el ordinal III del artículo 117 de este Decreto". "h) Destinar los ingresos de que tratan los ordinales I y II del artículo 117-de este Decreto a los fines allí establecidos". Numeral 2º. "f) Destinar los ingresos de que tratan los artículos 127 y 128 de este Decreto a los fines allí establecidos".
