Créase la Comisión Legal Parlamentaria de Seguimiento a las actividades de inteligencia y contrainteligencia, la cual cumplirá funciones de control y seguimiento parlamentario, verificando la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos, el respeto de las garantías constitucionales y el cumplimiento de los principios, límites y fines establecidos en la presente ley.
