Si para comprobar el cuerpo del delito fuere el caso de recibir declaraciones, se interrogará también a los testigos acerca de los que sean o puedan ser autores o participes de la infracción, de su participación en loa hechos que se investigan, de sus antecedentes de todo orden y de su conducta posterior al delito.
