Verificado el avalúo y consignado su importe, el Juez ordenará que se expida al demandante copia del decreto de expropiación para que le sirva de título de propiedad, previo registro, si hubiere bienes raíces en lo expropiado.

Lo mismo ordenará el Juez si, pudiendo el expropiado recibir el precio, se presentare comprobante de haberse otorgado plazo por el demandado al demandante.

En ambos casos se ordenará la entrega de lo expropiado al demandante, entrega que puede llevarse a efecto según las reglas de ejecución de las sentencias.
