º. Las partes interesadas en cada juicio podrán recurrir ante el Consejo de Estado en ejercicio del recurso contencioso administrativo, en la misma forma y términos en que son acusables las resoluciones de los Ministros del Despacho Ejecutivo, cuando el valor de la responsabilidad deducida sea de quinientos pesos ($ 50.00) o más.
