Derechos deportivos Los derechos deportivos están definidos en Colombia como “(…) la facultad exclusiva que tienen los Clubes Deportivos de registrar, inscribir o autorizar la actuación de un jugador cuya carta de transferencia le corresponde (…)”14 La transferencia del derecho deportivo es un procedimiento por medio del cual el club anterior entrega mediante un convenio al nuevo club los derechos de inscripción de un jugador, suspendiendo o terminando su contrato de trabajo15, podrán darse sobre jugadores formados o sobre jugadores profesionales.
