Artículo veintiséis. Las atribuciones que por los artículos anteriores se confieren al representante de los propietarios son de simple colaboración y fiscalización, y en ningún caso limitan ni coartan la autonomía administrativa y fiscal de la CVC. Por consiguiente el presupuesto de las obras, la distribución del impuesto y la inversión de los fondos no requieren, para su validez, la aprobación de dicho representante.
