ARTICULO 109 . OBLIGATORIEDAD DE LAS INSTRUCCIONES.- Las instrucciones que imparta el Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil para la interpretación y aplicación de las normas que constituyen el régimen de aeronáutica civil son de obligatorio cumplimiento y su desconocimiento por parte de los funcionarios acarreará sanción disciplinaria por mala conducta.
