Las controversias que surjan entre comisionistas respecto del cumplimiento de las operaciones celebradas en la bolsa, se someterán a la decisión de un Tribunal de Arbitramento. En los reglamentos se podrá establecer que uno de los árbitros sea designado por la Cámara de Comercio que corresponde a la circunscripción donde se origine la operación.
