º . Incentivos en el Juego de Apuestas Permanentes o Chance . Las entidades concedentes del Juego de Apuestas Permanentes o Chance, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 6º del Decreto 1350 de 2003, podrán autorizar a los concesionarios del juego para otorgar incentivos en la respectiva jurisdicción territorial, siempre y cuando, cumplan con los requisitos previstos en el presente decreto.
