ARTICULO 9 o. Adiciónase el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente artículo: Artículo 2.2.1.4.2. Inversiones en muebles. Las entidades mencionadas en el artículo anterior podrán recibir bienes muebles en dación en pago con sujeción a lo previsto en la letra b) del citado artículo, teniendo la obligación de enajenarlos en los términos previstos para los bienes inmuebles.
