Redúcese del parágrafo 4.° del artículo 294 del capítulo 53 del Presupuesto nacional vigente la sama de ciento noventa pesos ($ 190) oro, y destinase el saldo de trescientos sesenta pesos ($ 360) oro para el pago de los sueldos de dos Practicantes de la Facultad de Medicina y Ciencia Naturales de la Universidad Nacional y del Bibliotecario Ayudante del Secretario de la misma Facultad, á $ 10 mensuales los primeros y á $ 20 mensuales el último, respectivamente.
