Los supernumerarios que haya necesidad de ocupar de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 6° de este Decreto, gozarán de una remuneración por día igual a la que esté asignada al cargo cuyas funciones vaya a ejecutar transitoriamente, y gozarán además de los honorarios correspondientes por el servicio extraordinario que presten.
