Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en los proyectos mineros a cielo abierto . Para efectos del presente decreto y con el fin de garantizar las condiciones mínimas de seguridad en las Labores Mineras a Cielo Abierto, se deberá dar cumplimiento a la normatividad que rija el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo -SGSST.
