Si entre el personal de que habla el artículo 3º hubiere algún individuo con casa propia que no deseare acogerse a los beneficios de la presente Ley, así lo comunicará por escrito al Ministro de Guerra para efectos de que no se le considere como socio de la Caja y, por lo tanto, no se le descuente el 5% (cuota de ahorro) indicado en el mencionado artículo.
