°. Modifíquese el numeral 8 del artículo 6.4.1.1.9 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “8. Informar a los tenedores de bonos y a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, a la mayor brevedad posible y por medios idóneos, sobre cualquier incumplimiento de sus obligaciones por parte de la entidad emisora y/o la sociedad administradora del fondo de capital privado”.
