Art. 153. El Gobernador devolverá las propuestas al respectivo empleado de la renta, i este aceptará la que se hubiere calificado más ventajosa; remitiéndolas todas a la Dirección del ramo, para que, en caso de obtener su aprobación, haga otorgar la escritura de contrata, con las formalidades legales i con las seguridades que se hubieran estipulado.
