Articulo 3º Suspensión del término para la extinción. El término para la extinción del derecho de dominio no corre cuando la falta de explotación se deba a fuerza mayor o caso fortuito y mientras tal situación subsista. Su ocurrencia no libera la propietario de la obligación de demostrar explotación económica anterior a la época en que sobrevinieron tales hechos.
