Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 3249 de 2006 y su Anexo Técnico número 2 y deroga el Anexo Técnico número 1 del Decreto 3249 de 2006, el Decreto 4857 de 2007 y las normas que le sean contrarias.
