C Ierre De Pasos Terrestres Y Fluviales Fronterizos

Decreto 318 de 2022 · por medio del cual se dictan normas para la conservación del orden público durante el período de elecciones al Congreso de la República del 13 de marzo de 2022 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

C ierre de pasos terrestres y fluviales fronterizos. Ordénese el cierre de los pasos terrestres y fluviales autorizados de frontera, durante el lapso comprendido entre las 00:00 a. m. del 12 de marzo de 2022 y las 11:59 p. m. del 13 de marzo de 2022.

Parágrafo

La medida debe incluir controles migratorios en los puestos terrestres y fluviales fronterizos. Se exceptúan de la restricción, los tránsitos que deban realizarse para ejercer el derecho al voto en los puestos fronterizos o por razones de caso fortuito o fuerza mayor.
