amends decreto 624/89

Modifíquense los numerales 1 y 3 del artículo 593 del Estatuto Tributario, los cuales quedan así:

"1. Que el patrimonio bruto en el último día del año o período gravable no exceda de ciento cincuenta millones de pesos ($150.000.000). (Valor año base 2003).

Que el asalariado no haya obtenido durante el respectivo año gravable ingresos totales superiores a sesenta millones de pesos ($60.000.000) (Valor año base 2003)".
