º La Caja de Vivienda Militar constituirá una provisión actuarial que de adecuada cobertura a futuras erogaciones por concepto de pensiones de jubilación de sus servidores. La Junta Directiva de la Caja determinará el porcentaje de esa provisión que debe mantenerse en situación de liquidez inmediata dentro de cada ejercicio presupuestal, para atender el pago oportuno de dicha prestación.
