Art. 40.° Los Correos nacionales serán semanales, con las escepciones establecidas en el artículo 36 de la lei, i tanto unos como otros, se combinarán en sus vieajes, de manera que los Correos de una línea sirvan de ausiliares a la otra, en términos que pueda dirijirse indistintamente por cualquiera de las dos cuando jiren hácia una misma seccion del territorio de la Union, mediante la correlacion que tengan entre sí.
