Corresponde a la autoridad tributaria de los departamentos y el Distrito Capital la fiscalización, liquidación oficial y discusión del impuesto al consumo de cervezas, sifones, refajos y mezclas de producción nacional y extranjera de que trata el capítulo VII de la Ley 223 de 1995.
