º. Sin exceder el conjunto de los límites sobre emisión de moneda fraccionaria que señala la legislación vigente, podrán acuñarse las respectivas piezas independientemente de los márgenes fijados en la actualidad para cada especie. El monto de cada especie y sus características serán determinadas por la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, con el voto del señor Ministro de Hacienda.
