º. Establécese un depósito previo equivalente al 10% del valor en pesos colombianos sobre cada importación, depósito que deberá hacerse en el Banco de la República por cuenta del Fondo de Estabilización y que es requisito indispensable para que la Oficina de Registro de Cambios efectúe el registro respectivo. El Gobierno podrá modificar la cuantía de este depósito.
