Cuando se encuentre plenamente demostrado que los parientes en primer grado de consanguinidad o de afinidad, licenciados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones operan una misma estación, el contratista pagará los derechos de que trata el artículo 42 del presente Decreto y los otros pagarán cada uno, la suma de trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350.00) moneda corriente, por año.
