SABOTAJE AGRAVADO. El que en tiempo de guerra, conmoción interior o turbación del orden público, destruya o inutilice obras, bienes o servicios destinados a la defensa nacional, o realice acciones tendientes a obstaculizar las operaciones militares o policiales, o a facilitar las del enemigo, incurrirá en prisión de diez (10) a veinte (20) años.
