º De conformidad con lo dispuesto por la ley 39 de 1929, en su artículo 2º., una comisión integrada por el presidente de la academia colombiana de historia y por dos generales que designara el señor Ministro de Guerra, procederá a elaborar el programa correspondiente a los actos que deban cumplirse en esta capital para conmemorar solemnemente este centenario.
