º Las entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas y las organizaciones sindicales vigiladas por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, no estarán obligadas a registrar los libros de contabilidad en las oficinas de la Administración de Impuestos y se regirán por las disposiciones especiales que, en cuanto al registro de libros y exigencias contables, les sean aplicables.
