Artículo noveno. En los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías en donde se haya acordado; ejecutar un Programa Integrado de Nutrición Aplicada (PINA), habrá un Comité Coordinador del mismo, integrado por un representante de cada una de las entidades que contractualmente cooperan en su desarrollo. El Jefe de la Seccional de Nutrición actuará como Secretario Ejecutivo de dicho Comité.
