Dentro de ocho días, a lo más tarde, después de concluído el reconocimiento de las mercancías de un manifiesto, se pasará al interesado copia exacta, firmada por el Jefe de la Aduana, de la cuenta de los derechos que haya causado. El interesado tendrá el término de seis días para revisar la cuenta y hacer las observaciones que estime justas sobre las operaciones aritméticas, las cuales presentará por escrito al Administrador de la Aduana, Si (sic) éste las hallare fundadas hará las reformas consiguientes al pie del ajustamiento, dando cuenta al Ministerio de Hacienda; pero si las hallare infundadas, se estará a la liquidación hecha y se remitirá al Ministerio para que éste resuelva definitivamente.
