Art. 2°. La cancelación de toda escritura se puede hacer ante cualquier Notario, sin necesidad de que esté presente sino la parte acreedora, ó sus herederos ó sucesores; debiendo en todo caso hacer la cancelación de registro en el Circuito respectivo.
