° Con imputación al artículo 545 del Presupuesto vigente créanse tres puestos de Ingenieros Sanitarios visitadores dependientes de la Sección 4ª, con la asignación mensual de ciento ochenta pesos ($ 180). Estos ingenieros tendrán a su cargo la intervención técnica por cuenta del Departamento Nacional de Higiene en obras y construcciones sanitarias que emprendan los Municipios y actuarán en zonas que señalará el Departamento Nacional de Higiene.
