Formulario de la Declaración Andina del Valor. La Declaración Andina del Valor deberá diligenciarse en los formularios oficiales que para el efecto determine la autoridad aduanera, de conformidad con lo previsto en la Decisión Andina 379, o a través de medios electrónicos cuando así se autorice. En circunstancias excepcionales se podrá autorizar el diligenciamiento de declaraciones del valor en formularios no oficiales o mediante formularios habilitados.
