De los gastos de representación para comisiones de servicio . Cuando la naturaleza de la comisión de servicio así lo .justifique, podrá reconocerse una suma fija por concepto de gastos cíe representación al Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, La cuantía total de los gastos no podrá ser superior al cincuenta por ciento (50) del valor total de los viáticos asignadas de acuerdo con el artículo 13 del presente Decreto.
