Artículo cincuentaicinco. Monopolio Postal La prestación del Servicio Postal corresponde exclusivamente al Estado, por intermedio de la Administración Postal Nacional sin perjuicio de su facultad de celebrar contratos con particulares para el manejo del Servicio Postal o para la conducción del correo, en los casos en que se trate de una cooperación importante y eficaz a favor del servicio.
