Pertenecen á este número los Habilitados, los Guardaparques y sus Ayudantes, los Auditores de Guerra y sus Secretarios, los Médicos y Practicantes, los Inspectores de los Hospitales Militares y sus subalternos, los Intendentes, Comisarios y demás Tesoreros de Guerra y sus subalternos, los Proveedores, los empleados de las diversas Secciones del Ministerio de Guerra, los Capellanes, los Jefes de Maestranza y sus subalternos; y finalmente los demás que establezcan las leyes ó decretos.
