El inciso tercero del artículo 8º del Decreto 1414 de 1992 quedará así: "El Superintendente de Valores deberá convocar al Comité Consultivo por lo menos una vez en cada trimestre calendario. La primera reunión deberá convocarse antes del 30 de marzo de 1993".
