Artículo décimo. En el caso previsto en la última parte de la disposición anterior, el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos comunicará a la Empresa que se ha formulado propuesta para contratar el mismo terreno de conformidad con las normas comunes. Pero si ésta no ejerciere su derecho preferencial antes de la ejecutoria de la providencia administrativa que admite la solicitud y llama a contratar, aquella perderá su derecho de prioridad.
