El Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para celebrar con el Instituto de Fomento Industrial (IFI) o con cualquiera entidad nacional facultada para ello, los contratos de fideicomiso que requieran el servicio normal y adecuado de amortización e intereses de los títulos y para celebrar el respectivo contrato de impresión a que hubiere lugar.
