Artículo único. En el sitio donde fue colocada en la picota la cabeza de Camilo Torres, el Gobierno Nacional procederá a levantar un monumento simbólico que conmemore este hecho.
El Gobierno adquirirá el lote que estime necesario y tomará todas las medidas que conduzcan al mejor cumplimiento de esta Ley, pudiendo abrir los créditos administrativos a que haya lugar.
