Adiciónese al artículo 58 de la Ley 599 de 2000 el numeral 22, el cual quedará así:

ARTÍCULO 58. CIRCUNSTANCIA DE MAYOR PUNIBILIDAD. Son circunstancias de mayor punibilidad, siempre que no hayan sido previstas de otra manera:

22.

Cuando con la conducta punible se dirija o tenga por propósito impedir, obstaculizar, represaliar o desincentivar la labor de las mujeres cuya actividad, de forma permanente o transitoria, sea la búsqueda de víctimas de desaparición forzada y esclarecimiento de la verdad.
