Artículo tercero. Las viviendas de la Unidad Vecinal "Ospina Pérez", una vez adquiridas por el Gobierno, serán adjudicadas a servidores públicos de sueldo mensual no mayor de trescientos cincuenta pesos, mediante contratos cuyas condiciones fijará el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
