Declárase camino nacional el que partiendo del Puerto de Guapi, en el Pacífico, vaya a la capital del Departamento del Choco, con un camino hacía El Bordo, y destinase para la apertura da tal vía la suma doce mil pesos ($12,000) anuales, que se incluirán en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia y en los subsiguientes.
