El suministro de elementos a los organismos que se proveen en el Instituto no requiera contrato escrito y se efectúara sobre la base de los pedidos que aquellos formulen siempre que estén amparados con las reservas presupuestales hechas para los programas de compras. Dichos organismos cubran el valor de lo recibido por las girando contra las a partir de la fecha de recibo de los elementos.
